2025 Tackle Football Season

Who can play?

The teams will be mostly made up of kids who attend Millard North feeder schools, and who intend to attend Millard North High School.

Teams & Coaches

Each grade level will have a varsity football coach working with it during the season to assist with the development of the fundamentals and teaching of the schemes. Teams will play in the MYFL (Metro Youth Football League) and participate in either the Metro or Legacy division.

3rd Grade (1-2 teams)

Season Dates

Practices will begin August 1st. Coaches will determine practice nights and times. Practices are generally held at Millard North Schools. Typically teams will practice 3-4 days a week with games played on Sundays.

Regular season games begin Sunday, August 31. Championship weekend runs through the end of October.

The official schedule will be released at a later date.

Fees

$425 until January 4, 2025
$475 from January 5 – April 30, 2025

What’s included?

All Equipment: helmet, shoulder pads, practice/game pants, practice jersey and game jersey
Junior Mustangs team shirt
3-4 practices per week at Millard North High School or Millard North Middle School
8-9 games in the MYFL (Metro Youth Football League) and 1 jamboree scrimmage
6 “Mustang Night on the Turf” skill development sessions featuring Millard North Head Coach Allen Burrell and varsity staff and players
Admission to the first home varsity home football game with pregame sideline access
Mustangs Offensive Skills Camp and Mustangs Defensive Skills Camp (2 hour camp at Millard North High School)
7-v-7 spring passing league, spring OL/DL camp
No additional fees and no gate admission fees are charged for Mustang Youth Football games
